Every time Andy's phone rings my heart beats a little faster. Kelsey is off the lung-heart pump and they said she is still doing well. Andy asked if she is out of the woods with her heart pumping on her own again and they said YES. The doctor should be closing her up soon, so no open chest when she gets back to her room. YES again. In about 30 minutes the doctor will come talk to us and we will get to see Kelsey as they take her back to her room. Then we will have to wait about another hour before they will let us go back to her room.
Everything has been amazingly smooth and we know it's because the power of prayer. God has blessed us with peace and patience during this time. And, I'm so grateful for His presence and all the prayers of my family and friends. They have truly been a gift from God during the last 5 months and especially today!!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you

Awesome! I went to bed praying for Kelsey, woke up in the night to pray some more, got up this morning and have been praying since. God is good. My prayers now are moving to a healthy recovery for your precious little girl. I hope you are able to breathe a bit better now and can get a little rest.
